Need help with 1991 98 dash

I just got this 1991 Olds 98 Regency eleite.It has 85,000 original miles on it. My problem is on the Information Center? It worked once! And i cant get it to go again? Checked all fuses ect. Every time i press a button it makes the noise but no input??? As i said it worked once and said my oil needed changing and the 3rd break light was out. Ive even disconnected the battery over night to see if it would reset? No luck? Any suggestions before i go to a dealer??<BR>Thanks Joe.....
