Someone was making plastic copies about 10 15 years ago. You might have a chance on this. Sorry I am not more help.

Hello & Happy New Year to the List:<P>I want to thank DField, Randy Berger & RO for their input on locating a donut chaser for a 1939 Super 8. After watching e-bay bids go, IMHO, through the roof I purchased a replacement glass from American Arrow/Don Sommer. Cost effective, but slightly different from the original.<P>I had to take a dremel motor tool to the glass channel of the mascot to get a fit. The wing was slightly oversize by 1/16th" in width & 1/8th" in height. Nonetheless, the glass wing & mascot are now sized and when warm weather arrives I will use silicon to finish the mounting. Naif that I am , I expected one hour to do this. It took 8.<P>Ah well<P>Rgds,<P>Paul Edwards<BR>New Jersey, USA
