Please help identify!

Hello, car collectors!<P>Not long ago I have seen a certain car unfamiliar to me and thought that maybe you could help me identify it.<P>It is built in the style of the 20's-30's Duesenbergs with a long front and a whole set of horns on it. Yet, it looked gentler then these heavy american cars, kind of like something italian.<BR>The only identification I managed to see was an emblem reminding the "peace" symbol upside down (a circle with a shape of a "y" in it, only the "y" stick goes across all of the circle).<P>Does this description ring a bell?
