WIW 1949 Lincoln Baby fenders

We are selling off parts from my late father in law's collection.

 

We have a pair of fender that he bought as extras and are trying to determine a value.

 

Fenders have been stored inside for years, are solid with some surface rust but no holes. 

 

I'm no expert but I believe the 1949 Baby Lincoln had longer fenders?

 

I would like to get these in the hands of someone who can use them but we don't want to give them away so what would a fair value be?
