Guest Posted November 9, 2001 Share Posted November 9, 2001 does anybody out there know if the 56 and 57 power steering boxes are compatible?? I have a really loose 56 and would like to have it rebuilt-the problem is, I don't want to deal with the month or two of downtime. I know of someone parting out a 57 and they claim their box is tight, so I thought I could just swap them (either perm. or temp). Is this a possibility???????
