Guest Posted June 28, 2000 Share Posted June 28, 2000 The trunk lock cover on my car was in the glove box when I bought it. The cover itself in still in one piece. I took a flashlight the otherday and looked into the hole on the trunk side and saw that the spring was still in there. I also noticed a small screw/bolt holding down a metal strap on the inside of the trunk, directly below the lock. Does this hold down the trunk side trim piece? I want to remove it and reattatch the cover. Any advice on this would be appreciated. Thanks to all who respond. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
