A DeSoto to save?

Here is an ad I just saw on a hot rod site. Looks like he hasn't destroyed the car at this point. If bought could sell the DeSoto hemi and trans for about $1500. Anyone interested in trying to save a 39 DeSoto?

For Sale 1939 Desoto 4dr Sedan with original 6 cylinder motor, car is complete roller. Glass is all there some needs replacing. Floor Boards in good shape and are in trunk, which is solid also. Car has not been on Hwy since 1957 and stored inside since then.

For sale with Desoto is a 330 Desoto Hemi (pkg.deal only). I heard motor before it was purchased. Hemi has been in garage sine purchased. Desoto Hemi is a 2bbl motor with push button transmission attached.Have original 1957 copper radiator with hemi.
