how do I remove the dash and heater core for replacement of heater core on my 1985 Riviera

I got the passager side loose but cannot seems to find why the drivers side will not budge. I don't want to remove anything that isn't necessary but am really at a loss as this is my firt attemt of heater core replacement

Here is a response from a friend of mine that is extremely knowledgeable of this vehicle. "Not something to be left to an amateur. Best thing is to get a Service Manual and follow the directions or get someone who knows how to do the job."
