I'm in Illinois and I've spent a few minutes online trying to find a way to perform a VIN registration history check and I was not successful. I know the history of my Riv (I'm the third owner and I have the original window sticker and 'Built Expressly for' nameplate, so it is easy). Guest Gseago Posted August 26, 2012 Share Posted August 26, 2012 The best thing to do is to start with the previous owner and see if he/she remembers who the purchased it from and follow the trail of owners back to the original owner.
