R Walling
I an doing a brake job on a 1956 Ford F750 truck and I noticed that there is a seal on the end of the axel tube, that seems to me, prevents the rear axel lube from entering the rear wheel bearings. I have never seen this on any heavy truck that I have taken apart before. :confused:Does the bearing rely on grease only for lubrication ? If so should I use a heavy duty front axel wheel bearing grease? Edited June 8, 2012 by Roger Walling spelling (see edit history)
