This was a new unit with aged paint flaws. 90% need rebuilding even if new. This the replacement wiper that replaced the original wipers that were made with a poor quality potmetal. The wiper has been taken apart and checked for flaws, cracks, pops or chips. It then was rebuilt and tested periodically for function. Works great with minimal vacuum. $135 ppd.
