streets Posted May 16, 2002 Share Posted May 16, 2002 I have come across 2 of the above engines in an estate sale.These are out of a 1962 Mermac 26' ocean worthy yacht (he did'nt finish it.). They have been totally rebuilt in the heads and carburator areas etc.. Dis-assembled & re-assembled in the bottom end and whatever was needed was replaced. All aluminum from what I can tell. I know they also used these in the Buick, Oldsmobile Sedans, Wagons, and Convertables.
