Need service instructions for 1928 Monroe Shock Absorbers

My 1928 Commander Victoria has Monroe hydraulic shock absorbers that require servicing and in an early ASC Review publication (Vol5 #3 Sep-Oct 1975) I see the instructions were contained in the factory "Passenger Car Service Bulletin #35-A". Does anyone have a scan of these instructions they can post here?
