Erickson Co. manufactured or manufactures advertising materials, promotional materials, and novelties in the 1920s and later. Is there any advertising message or other company name on the item? Among some of their more interesting products was a metal case for milk bottles that were manufactured for Sealtest Milk. You can find references to a number of products the company made in antiques sites on the web. Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be any indication the company still exists or whether it was bought out.
