1936 gmc or chevy 1/2 ton transmission

Hi, I have seen a few S-10 5 speed transmissions installed in some cars like Ford model A and I was wondering if anyone has grafted A overdrive transmission like that on A mid thirties pickup. I am not interested in modifying any thing else on the truck and would like to do it so someone else some day can put it back if they like. My truck currently has a 4 speed with a granny 1 st gear that the previous owner put in during the forties, Michael
