Bighim
I have a nice running Studebaker Pickup. The truck has an original documented 27000 miles. It has always been on the East End of Long Island. It still has the original "Champion" 6 cylinder engine and the 3 speed manual transmission with the shifter on the column. It still has the 6 volt charging system that operates perfectly. All the lights, blinkers, gauges, horn and wipers operate fine (wipers are vacuum style andwork slowly). Even the map light works when you open the door. All the glass is good and the windows roll up and down with no issues. The interior is very good to excellent. The doors shut like the day the truck was built. I use this truck all the time and runs great, starts every time. The underside is nice but not perfect. It has some bondo in the lower doors and cab corners but not bad at all. The paint is good but not great it has that classic truck patina that people seem to love. The pickup bed and floor of bed are excellent. Edited March 5, 2021 by Bighim (see edit history)
