I picked one of these up this weekend - excellent shape. It's yellow, and in great shape. $400 OBO. Local pickup in Fredericksburg, Virginia, or I drop it off at the UPS store for packaging - you can pay for the packaging service, but I'll get it there.

I'm more of a Swedish car nut, but I picked this up from a Mopar / TC fan locally. She bought this from a parts car in Norfolk, Virginia, and had it sitting in her garage. Evidently the owner of the car had made a beautiful TC for his teenage daughter in this yellow color and got everything done up just right, and then she wrecked it almost immediately. I personally love the TC's and the other famous 2-door Euro partnership coupes of the day... I drove an 87 Volvo 780 Bertone with the Ferrari-manufacturer's leather interior. There were only like 7,000 made of that car as well. Some claim that it takes peculiar taste to appreciate these cars, and I sure do have that peculiar taste.

But to answer your question I do not own a TC - I just picked this up because I enjoy sourcing and reselling rare and hard to find European car parts. I have driven a TC before though - a friend of mine's dad had one in high school, and it was about two years old when he bought it. He was so proud of that thing.

I am more of a hobbyist than anything else, and currently enjoy working on my 1977 Volvo 242 daily driver. It's my weekend diversion, buying and reselling parts and purchasing parts for myself, and I always enjoy speaking to the people selling the parts or clearing their garages. I just figured I could pass this along and keep these cars alive in some way before this just sat in a barn rotting away or (urgh) went to the dump. It looked like the TC forums on AACA would be the best place to start.

The thing is I figure that for the right price someone could purchase this and refinish it to their desired color much cheaper than buying one on eBay for $1500 or whatever the other guys are asking. If anyone is interested in just making an offer let me know 0 my sale is a Best-Offer sale.

Sounds like Car Chick finally found a buyer for her Taxi Cab Yellow hardtop. Good luck on selling that, WW. Steph could not find a buyer here on the forum @ $100. E Bay may treat you better.
