Guest northmn Posted June 12, 2009 Share Posted June 12, 2009 Does anyone have a pic. or can describe the turbo 6 insignia that was screened to the underside of the hood insulation on the T type when new.I was told that it weathered away within a couple of years.I could make a tenplate if I knew the dot size,spacing ,& size of the insignia. Guest northmn Posted June 15, 2009 Share Posted June 15, 2009 Jayson-That would be great if you could email me a pic.- Thanks.Also,the insulation I got from Car's has a crease in the middle of it after I put it on.Are you suppose to glue the insulation to the underside of the hood as well as using the supplied plastic fasteners? . I was told by Shawn( salesman at Carriage Motors )that it was the turbo "6" insignia screened on. He owns a 85 T type & is an ROA member -(so he says).I was buying parts from them at the time & he just happened to mention the insignia to me during Riv chit- chat.
