nzcarnerd Posted April 14, 2009 Share Posted April 14, 2009 This serial number fits in with the 1931 Studebaker Dictator Eight, built Aug 1930 to Sept 1931. The numbers go from 9000001 to 9015000 so yours is about two thirds the way through. The engine should be a 221 cid eight with 3 1/16 bore. Carb is a 2v UU2.
