I used <A HREF="http://209.136.35.195/" TARGET=_blank>http://209.136.35.195/</A> and was able to access it. These guys are 300 miles to the east and north of El Paso, TX. they have a long way to go to be in the real west Texas of El Paso home of the first use of the automobile and motor truck, and aeroplane in a miltary expedition. Gen Jack Pershing used Dodge cars and T's on a punishment expedition to get Poncho Villa after his raid on Columbus NM, then a US territory. About 13 US citizens were murdered in the raid. (You don't here about this in this month's news.) Of course, they never found ol' poncho, who must have been impressed with those Dodge Brothers, because he was shot in a Dodge a few years later.
