I have one in my motor home. Another issue with them is that you always hear the cassette wheels turning which necessitates louder volume, which makes it easier for my family to find me. Steak

i bought an older sony reman cd / mp3 player (have 20 gig of mp3 that i burn onto cd's as the mood hits me. fits well into the door below the radio unit. ( fade and balance still do not work) but the left rear sounds good . maybe someday i will replace the upper radio unit. already replaced the lowere cassette unit.

what else if anything makes you lose fade and balance ?

only have left rear speakers working for now , wife doesn't appreciate the car , sooooooooo right now i can live with it

will replace upper radio unit sometime to fix fade and balance issues
