What?<BR> I have the blue part of a Mobile Oil sticker cut out and covering light. Not quite big enough but I only remember while night driving, forget the next day. Guest EDBS0 Posted April 27, 2002 Share Posted April 27, 2002 The first Escort radar detectors prided themselves with having the brightest 12 volt alert bulb they could find. That was fine except where it was illegal to use them. Used the proverbial black tape and then put a single pin prick in it. Worked very well.
