just changed out my timing chain, and am now thinking about going to an electronic ignition. any thoughts?

i recently picked up a 55 buick, and some of the the tubing is not in its place, and i need to figure out how many turns on the screww for mixture, and so on, does anyone know or have any diagrams to this car? have been looking around, and cant seem to find it. i went to hemmings, and their buick book does not cover the 55...but does cover the 54 century not sure if that would even be of any help.
