Found it. Thanks. Code 81 is an ordering code. The dealers order U81 for exterior color. The U81 code translates into WA8774... Falme Red, Thats it! Thank you so much, now I'll mix and paint.

Hi folks, I hope you can help. I need to paint the hood of a '89 Riatta. This car is red, no metal flake just a real sporty red. I'm having a tough time figuring out the paint code. I see a #14102719 on the passenger door jamb and a ser# QPCOA. Neither of these numbers translate into a valid paint code with my BASF software. I have a vin# also if that helps, the dealer looked it up and that was no help. Can any of you point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance...
