hi everyone, i have a aussie built and designed 1935 2 door sloper, it is currently being restored as a resto rod, it has a aussie built holden 308 v8 bored out to old 1976 racing spec l34 bal, big valve heads, roller rockers it will have 2x holley 4bbl and a auto box, The dash is a modified studebaker hawk with full holden monaro gauges (just to be different) Seats are camaro with 60/40 split rears out of a hyundai to keep the laydown origonality bit, frenched austin heally tail lights, frenched number plate in rear under boot lid i have filled in the roof and made a 35 lasalle rear 3 piece window into a 1 piece looks perfect now, getting rid of the fold out 1 piece it is sitting on a 35 pontiac chassis with ind front end my engineer wouldnt let me mod chassis to much (darn it) i wanted a jag front end, this is a reall odd ball beast i only know of 2 others as rodded items in oz they only made 284 and this is body 190. so when i get some piccies loaded i will submit them for all to see i have tried to make it a genuine gm beastie but as i love studebaker hawks(i had one) it had to have the dash, this is a lovelly looking car and have built it so far nearly by my self in my shed. cheers to all brian aka fat 35
