my vin i think is considered the body # and my 41 is 6 numbers and my style # is 2 numbers a hyphen and 4 numbers

i played with the motor today and i think i have a rod that has come loose cause i only turns about 3/4 of the way around so im going to do a 350 change over and redo all the wires to 12v where do i get the voltage reducer for the gauges or can i build one from resistors

i just got a 1941 chevy special deluxe 4dr and its all 100% original it has 74000 miles and is in great shape i want to restore it but i dont know where to get stuff. first off i see i need door seals and carpet and im missing a spark plug. i know there is more to come i also want to know am i going to have problems with the electrical system , should i change it to 12v or stay 6v or how do i make 12v work with my gauges. also should i just not waste my time and put a new wire harness in it. there seems to be no dammage to the electrical that i can see. any help will do .

never mind i went and got the car and found out it is a 6 lug on 5.5

i am going to pick up a 1941 chevy delux 2dr and want to take a set of wheels with me but i dont know what the bolt pattern is and the car is in a field out of state
