I suppose this had a gasket in it at one time, so I need an exhaust manifold gasket. Where do I go to get parts?

Is there an adapter available to convert the spark plug to a more current plug?? I have a 26 Dodge and a 26 Model T. The T has adapters that convert from the old fat plug to a new plug.
