I don't mean to take this thread off track but...How do you like the car? I sold my 49 76s before I could get her on the road. Drives nice on the freeway?
Thanks,
Raul

Bob,
Yes, I didn't have a shroud when I got the car. The electric fan is on the front of the radiator. It kicks on and off automatically by a sensor that is in the upper radiator hose. I put it in years ago so I don't remember where I got it.

My 57 would get hot in traffic. I've replaced the radiator, added a shroud, 6 blade fan, and electric fan. The electric fan made a big difference. It hardly ever gets very hot now.

Great deal but I only need the deck lid. Hopefully some one saves this one but if not let me know if you're willing to sell the deck lid.
Thanks,
Raul

Wish this wasn't on the other side of the country. Nice car.

Thank you for all of the replies.
So, is the lid the same as found on the normal black air cleaners or is it a special lid?

Measure the distance across the bolt holes. 322 measures 8-1/4” across, 364 measures 8-3/4” across, and 401/425 measures 9” across. A different WB 4D could have been built for each.
Thanks, makes sense since I've seen them listed for different nailheads.

Hello,
Anyone know what the Weiand WB 4D fits?
I'm surprised I can't seem to find anything with Google or searching on this site. Ebay listings go between the 322 and the 364.
Thanks,

Thanks. Clicking on the Packard section takes me to the Ford section for some reason. Also, I was hoping someone had a used metal set for sale. Thanks for the response though.

Anyone have metal skirts?

Anyone have metal skirts available?

Thanks for the help! I was worried that this small job was about to be a big job.

Andrea,
I'm no expert but I've had a similar problem. It ended up being a clogged fuel line. As nice as your car is I doubt your tank is very rusty. Gas does go bad when sitting for awhile.

I’m happy to be wrong. Are tires DB? I thought I saw those tires on the DB website. Whatever. They real good, real good. The wheel covers or wheels are first class all the way. Great match up!

Thanks, I'm not sure about the tires. They wheels came with the car.

I don't see how new car emissions changes anything with our cars.

Which clips are you looking for??? The ones that hold the wires to the switch or the ones that secure the actual switch itself to the housing???
Looks like I’m missing both.
