  1. I need to find a drivers door for the '18 Touring I'm restoring. Anyone out there have one they'd like to part company with? Also, can anyone tell me what years are the same door, are '17 - '19 the same? And will other DB cars of the same vintage have the same drivers door, ie - will a truck or sedan drivers door fit? Thanks
  2. A couple weeks ago a few of you helped me id a Touring body I picked up as a 1918. I've since done a bit of cleaning up on the firewall and found numbers stamped on the upper right portion. The numbers are 1259572. Can anyone give some details about what these numbers mean?
  3. Thanks too all for your help. Looks like it's a 1918. Any advice as to the best place to find information on a 1918 Dodge Brothers Touring car - a good manual, book, website, etc.?
  4. Ok I was able to get a couple more pics of the dash which I've attached. The windshield stansion holes measure around .710-.715" diameter which I believe is about 11/16". The seat bottoms are gone and on the front seat support is a tag that says: ALL STEEL BODY then has 7 patent no's ranging in date from 1915 thru 1917. EDW G. BUDD MFG CO. Philadelphia, PA Body is pretty solid, but doors are poor, and I'm missing the front left door. Any more info you can share would be a big help. - Matt
  5. I came upon what I believe is a 20's something Dodge Brothers Touring body. I need some help IDing and deteremining what year of body this is. The only ID I can see thus far is the lone guage left in the car which is the speedo and it says Dodge Brothers. Thus far I've found no badges or numbers of any kind. By googling Dodge Brothers I can see that this body appears to be a Touring. All I have is the body - no frame, drive train or anything else. It does have electric start. Any hints of how to id this car? I found the body in the rafters of an old barn. The owner of the barn believes that body had been there for over 40 years. Have found a letter and an advertisement from 1924 in what was left of the front seat. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. - Matt
