I am a business owner and am interested in the protocol for hosting a small gathering of antique cars. I have enough space in my parking lot, amenities nearby (hotels, restaurants, rec activities). I am wondering how i would go about setting something like this up. I know i need to contact a local auto chapter in my area, but if anyone has participated or hosted an event like this i would greatly appreciate any feedback or information on what auto groups look for in a site and how i should get started. The local community would be interested in this, and i could get participation from area businesses. Thanks in advance for your time.
