  1. Im about to set up for windschield washer on my 1941 Special.

Got NOS LH/RH wiper towers , I found that WTN 539 nozzles from Bobs auto is to small in the thread size.

I did have a double jet assy. from Trico , where the zozzles just fit right in the towers.

the outer end of the nozzles is more round shaped than the WTN 539.

The Trico jet assy. have part no. 803274/C

  4. I have no insulation bloks under my dual carbs. (Buick Special 1941)

I can see that one can get these in thickness of 7/16-1/2-and 5/8 " .

What will be the correct and best thickness for my engine ?

The heat valve at the rear exhaust manifold is stuck , and Im afraid not to get it loose. Is it ok to remove these valves , as Im only driving at summer ?

  5. My Buick Special 1941 have 2 carburetors.

Have any try to remove the rear carb. (AA-1) and replace it with a AAv-16 ?

And remove the butterfly valve with the counter weight under the rear carb.

Make the carb. linkage to a direct action , so both carb. operate together .

With this setup you will have true doubel carb. with 2 acc. pumps.

The question : Is this a good setup ? Will the gas milage drop ?
