  1. Thanks for the input fellas. I am now in the process of convincing my wife this is a good idea. Omaha, we are HUGE Husker fans plan on driving out to Lincoln for the Iowa game and I am located in Kentucky.
  2. That Polo Green looks black to me as well:D
  3. I have owned three Reattas, all coupes. I am considering purchasing a 90 convertible. What, if any, issues should I be concerned on the rag top?
  4. The time has come to part with my Reatta. She is a green 1991 with tan interior, moon roof, am/fm/cassette/cd player 16 way power seat with 82,000 miles. You can check the actual numbers but I think there were very very few of this color and accessories built. There are some things wrong with her. As with most of these cars the CD and tape player are not functioning. The drivers side seat is starting to show some wear and the carpet is stained on the pasangers side. The paint is ok and there is no rust but the clear coat is beginning to wear off on the passangers side. The check engine light is on and I know what the problem is. It is not serious but will require attention sooner or later. The master cylinder on the brakes was replaced last year. She has four new tires and all of the lug nut covers are in place. I havbe the orginial owners manual with the signature of the workers that built her. I bought her from a lady in Pittsburg whose father had given it to her. I am asking $3750.00 for her. If you are interested e-mail me at p47Lucky1942@yahoo.com. I am located in Kentucky.
  5. where might one locate such a part and how much would it cost? Anybody?
  6. Will a trunk lid from any year fit my 91. It is a long sad story.
  7. My bent car's fate is uncertain at this moment. I will not have a chance to talk to the other insurance until i get the accident report on monday. I am located in Kentucky about 40 miles south of louisville. I just talked to Mike and he is a wealth of information.
  8. Thanks a whole bunch Tempest68 I will contact Mike today.
  9. Misscyn, I might be interested but I have to have more information. Post it as soon as you can.
  10. Well boys and girls my Daisy Mae was rear ended by a plumbing truck pulling a trailer friday at noon. The guy barley applied his breaks before he killed my girl. Wiped out the whole rear end I am sure it will be totaled. Anybody got any ideas on what kind of settlement I can expect. She only had 103,00 on her and was in good shape. Anybody want to sell a 90? I am a little depressed [color:\\"red\\"]
  11. Barney the link is on one of the replies. The auction has ended but I bet he will still do the work. [color:\\"red\\"]
  12. [color:\\"red\\"] Bob, The window is actually loose in the mounting. I took it to a local glass guy and that is where he told me bout the moulding. With the galss being encapsulated no wonder he could not find a moulding. Thanks for the other information.
  13. F14 I stand corrected and they were handcrafted very well. [color:\\"red\\"]
  14. Hello to all of you. I have a 1990 Buick reatta that has developed a leak around the rear window and I need to replace the moulding around that window. Does anyone know where i might purchase this moulding? Secondly, a fella on e-bay is advertising he can repair the instrument panel on Reattas and Rivieras for $49.00. Does anyone know about this service or the fella who is offering it? Thanks for your help and remember when better cars are built Buick will build them. Was it make or build?
