Sorry about that! This shouldn't have been in the CCCA forum first. Hello. Sorry that my first introduction is asking for some help but I've got a potential car to buy and I need some pointing in the right direction. Oh and a little intro: I'm Grace, I'm 20 and living in Wyoming with my husband and my 2 year old American Pit Bull Terrier. My husband and I are both into cars... hence this next question. I have found a 1956 Chevy Bel Air in very good exterior condition, from what I can tell all original paint and such. Interior needs some work but is by no means bad. It runs well. And they are asking $4,995. It's a V6, with 160K on it. Take it? Leave it? I absolutely want it, but money is a little tight, I would have to finance it and I'm weighing whether or not the additional monthly payment for it would be worth it. Thoughts? Thanks all! This would be my first (of many hopefully) antique car. Currently I own an F-150 that I would be trading in towards this, and a 1981 Chevy Citation (not the prettiest thing, but it's served me well).
