HI - I'VE CHANGED MY WATERPUMP CAUSE IT HAS A LEAK - NOW ITS REPLACED BUT THE TEMPERATURE INDICATOR DOES NOT MOVE AT ALL AND AFTER 5 MINUTES THE ENGINE STOPS RUNNING - AFTER CHECKING OUT ALL RUBBER TUBES I RESTART AND THEN THE TEMPERATURE IDICATOR WORKS, THE RADIATOR WENT HOT AND THE ENGINE RUNS FINE - BUT THE DAY AFTER I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, BUT I CANNOT FIX IT -(( ITHINK THERE IS SOME AIR IN THE RUBBER TUBES? SOMEBODY AN IDEA? sorry for bad english, i am from antwerp

hi guys - first off all excuse me for bad english, i am a belgian guy from antwerp who has 2 toros '66 and rebuild 1 of them to be a good one - ok here i go: i am driving daily to my work for 60 miles and the engine is running smootly , but he has not much power.. if i am driving 40 miles/houre he looses 1 litre oil/ 100 miles - if i drive 65 miles/houre on the highway, he's loosing almost all his oil !! but over the 50 miles/houre he has lots of power..- what do i have to do about the oilleak?...its not simple here in antwerp to find parts etc but at Kanters i can buy new packings, ..anyone else the same problem? ..thanks, my next problem: a few days ago, i lost a lot of water after running 3 miles..idrive further for 25 miles and no problems,..a few hours later i drive again, fill up the gasoil , try to start..the battery was low !! after starting with startcables i drive home, (30 miles) but once i was home my battery was still to low...and i found again oil & water under the car...also my powersteering refuses now sometimes ! i recharge the battery and the car drives fine, motors running smootley but the powersteer is sometimes not working...what can i do? i have nobody here in belgium with any knowledge about these cars..but if someone will help me from u guys, ... pjayrecords@yahoo.co.uk

yes they are great !..hey i have a second (red) toro for parts , its the same year as my blue one, no deluxe, just regular, but there is a different in the nose.. the red has xtra blinkers ! any idea what's the story behind?
