It appears to be finished in "monitor grey," and has enough detail for my purposes. I might even be able to plan a trip to see it in person. Thanks again for the post. Now I wonder what shades "Mercedes Red" and Vermillion actually are?

Thanks Art. I like the "brass era" myself...particularly taken with the bearcat. I just finished the MPC kit similar to what you had done with the black fenders. I used red body panels. Had so much fun I want to do another, but in another scale/color scheme. I thought I had read somewhere that another factory color was a grey, but I have not been able to confirm. Thanks again for the post.

I plan to build a model of an early Stutz Bearcat Roadster. I would appreciate any information on various factory color schemes used between 1912-1916. My search so far has yielded pictures of red, yellow, and white. I am particularly interested in other colors/combinations. Thanks in advance.
