Former Fordy

As you can guess from the username name, I'm more familiar with Fords than with Dodges. However, I've got a line on a supposedly nice original car with about 15,000 miles; how is this as a road car and what should I look for/be aware of when I go check it out? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated and I'll let you know what I decide to do. And probably ask some more questions.
