  1. Been away in the west and out of the loop. Lots of looking to do now. What truck are you talking about Darren? Probably for sale still though, since I've been out of province. Here's another link for the collection. http://www.angelfire.com/mech/rocky/
  2. Yup, the sled-sliding white stuff is back, and it was a bit stiffer out yesterday. be warmer today though. Last year of the wood yes. 66 wildcat ahhh that was a great year
  3. I've gotten some emails and comments from club members about my cars, so I thought it fair to reply here. First, this oldsmobile is not in mint shape, but it is in great shape. It has the original fender skirts, so I guess it's a she. She is a V-8 98 Olds, and though the paint is patchy and faded, her body is in good shape. I don't have more individual pictures, but if you look around the yard you'll see her from the rear, left of the 53 woodie. look here: http://pub14.bravenet.com/photocenter/album.php?img=59480&usernum=1161911718 or click the "Home" link. The original upholstery has but two small tears and wind lashing at passeger door is tattered. In grade nine I went to a dance wearing this new shirt with a wild pattern (around 1957), so when I saw this 53 Olds that had the same pattern for it's upholstery, I had to buy it. hope this helps.

  6. Hey Keith, Gee, it sounds like you think I'm asking too much. The car runs good, it's never seen salt, I have all the parts (like the mouseholes Pete Phillips was wondering about), and I have all the chrome, and gee, even the wood is in pretty fair shape. But all prices are negotiable.
  7. The car\s in great shape. fires up. you guys live 500 miles from a wood shop what can re-do the wood... hah I don't. Car is just like you see it. Iwant ballpark 20 grande US ... negotiable, of course, the 66 rag is my car the 53 ford halfton is my truck; the 66 rag can be had if you offer the coin; I just reedid the frame, and yeah, i know what is;. and that's why i listed it as a ragtop ... a guy looks close; he knows I got three 1926 model T touring car bodies, and all i want is 1200 fer them... c'mon, u gotta know; as soon as i make a couple sales, I'm gonna think about hiding this stuff again. But this is where it should be up for grabs... you guys are the most awesome
  8. I am parting with my Car Collection and they are all Classics. This Woody is in great shape, considering that it is in original condition. I have all the parts and it runs; you could drive it home. Have a look here and click Collection http://pub14.bravenet.com/photocenter/album.php?img=59480&usernum=1161911718 and click Home and Woodies for another look. Maybe you need a great project? The Buick's of the 1940's and 50's are still a dream to drive. Rocky [color:\\"black\\"]
  9. [color:\\"blue\\"] I've enjoyed the quality of information from your site from time to time, and now I've decided to part with my car collection, all classics pre-1970. I have Model A bodies mostly from 1929, some model T's, some great fords, a buick and some woodies. I'm up here in Sask, Canada and I don't know who I could connect with. My site is http://www.angelfire.com/mech/rocky/ if you wanted a look. I don't know if this is allowed, but reach out if I can help you find a project car. Thanks for any advice or redirection.
