Correct me if I am wrong, but weren't ALL 1971 Cutlass and 442 grilles made of aluminum and some cast iron. They were also fairly heavy. I have someone claiming that they were all plastic with lightweight aluminum chrome trim. Please hurry with a response. Thanks!!!

I, like countless others, am looking for an excellent pair of 1971 Cutlass 442 grilles. I have a great set of repops but would like to find NOS. I would appreciate any leads!......Jim

Does anyone have the specs for the precise locations of the piercing holes for the 442 fender emblems for 1971? I have just finished painting 2 NOS fenders that have no piercing obviously. I could estimate fairly well, but I'd like to get it right. Is there a stencil out there, or measurement specs? None of my manuals have that data.

Does anyone know of a stencil or schematic diagram showing the precise locations (with measurements) of the piercing of a 1971 Cutlass 442's fenders? I have 2 freshly painted NOS fenders and I wish to locate the 442 emblems with as much accuracy as possible. Thanks! Jim
