  1. Hello all...I am new to the site and new to the world of classics and restoration. I recently acquired a 1948 Dodge B-1-B pickup and am getting ready to start the restoration. Can any of you with more experience share some insight with me as to what would be the best way to begin? What should I start with first or maybe pre-start preparations I should take? I would appreciate any information or suggestions anyone would care to share with me. Thanks in advance for your help. John Blackwell Sand Springs, Oklahoma
  2. I bought a 1948 Dodge B-1-B pickup 3 days ago. It is all original and complete, including the original interior and floor mat, only 3 small rust spots on the running boards and 1 small quarter size spot on the bottom driver door....I paid $450 for it. Don't know if I got a good deal or not but I am satisfied with my purchase. John B Sand Springs Oklahoma
  3. Thanks Ply33 for the info...I do appreciate it
  4. Can anyone tell me the wheel size/bolt pattern for a 48 B-1-B pickup? Bought 1 that needs tires and I have to take mounted tires to be able to load it on the trailer. Thanks in advance for info
  5. Can anyone tell me the wheel size/bolt pattern for the 48 B-1-B pickup? I purchased on but it needs tires so due to its location I need to take mounted tires along with me to load it. Thanks in advance for any information
