  1. I ran into a cracked brake drum years ago on my dirt track race car. You could not see the crack unless you were looking at the drum when someone was pushing on the pedal. It felt like air in the lines and the braking got worse as the brakes heated up. I doubt that this is the problem, but it is something that is easy to look for while working on it.
  2. I am in Gaithersburg also. Yes you can put them on the wrong side which will put the brake hose higher than the bleeder, thus trapping air in the caliper.
  3. This may be a silly question, but do you have the calipers on the correct side? (Right Side vs Left side)The bleader valve must be at the top of the caliper when it is installed. If not, you will still have air inside the caliper wher it has been bled.
  4. I am cleaning up and need to get rid of a 95 98LS 4door. There is no motor there is some rust in the usual places the worst is the trunk lid.The interior has a lot of mildew, but is complete. The car has power windows, seats, door locks, remote mirror etc. If you are interested, make an offer. The car is located in Gaithersburg, Md. This is just outside of Washington D.C. I can be reached at ronk0442@msn.com
