  1. I have been selling Buick parts for 25 years, with no problems. The person was told the decription. He was refunded properly. You can't make everyone happy, no matter how hard you try.
  2. Thanks for everyones support. As I stated earlier, we only do this as a part time hobby to support our own car addiction. Our cars are 30 miles from us one way and we are only out there 3-4 times a month. We have other full time automotive businesses to run and this is just a weekend thing. I can't gaurantee overnight service or the the cheapest price or anything special like that, but we do have an extensive, somewhat untapped inventory. It may take a week or two to get you an answer and the same to pull and ship parts, so if you are in a hurry, we probably won't be able to help. Please remember when sending requests to include ALL info about your car. We can't check any parts without knowing what year, model, body style, etc. your car is. You would be amazed at the amount of people who are looking for a part for "my car". Also, if we do have something you need, always include all of your info with all of your e-mails. You may only need one part for one car, but our inboxes are full of requests, so the tailight you are asking about may be one of 6 or 8 that I just checked. We are located near Great Bend, KS. and have approx. 300-350 cars in stock. The following is a rough list of parts cars we have in stock. We also have an extensive collection of parts that we have pulled off of cars over the years. Included are 2drs, 4drs, wagons, and conv's. We also have several project cars available. Buick Full Size, 1937-up Riviera, 1963-78, 1986-92 Regal, 1976-94 Special/Skylark/GS, 1964-72 Pontiac Full Size, 1941-up Firebird/TransAm, 1976-91 Tempest/Lemans/GTO, 1964-72 Once again, please remember responses won't be instant and I have to know what kind of car you have. Thanks, Steve and Chad Ehrlich s.ehrlich@cox.net cse3@cox.net

  6. Due to the apparent popularity of this post, I think everyone needs to here the whole story. The original request was for a 61 Buick station wagon rear bumper in ANY condition. Widomski used the term ANY condition, as long as it was an actual wagon bumper, a very hard piece to find. He requested a package deal with the other bumper parts, brackets, etc. That is what the price was based on. Obviously we had a disagreement on the condition. He NEVER requested ANY pictures prior to the sale. I was told after he recieved the bumper "I want the brackets and not the bumper. I am going to keep the brackets and I will give $x.xx for them because that is what I think they are worth. You are going to take back the bumper and give me $x.xx refund." I told him he requested a package deal and that is how it remained. It was not pick and choose and take what you want at what price you want to pay and stick me for time and shipping. Is there anyone else on here that gets up in the morning and goes to work and for no compensation if your boss decides not to pay you? Basically, he was excited about finding an actual wagon bumper and never requested any further information. He knew about the rust and dents, obviously there was a disagreement on the dents, however, he never wanted any pics of the damage. He was upset after he received it and had an attitude about it right away. Therefore the situation was headed downhill at that point. Apparently, his original request of ANY condition was not what he was looking for. Look at my auctions and check my feedback. My used ID's are cse25thta, 1192 feedbacks, 99.3% positive rating. 195169, 826 feedbacks, 99.5% positive rating. I would suggest anyone look at my pics. and auctions and then form their own opinion. Once again, I have nothing to hide. This was a difference of opinion. He never requested any further info prior to purchase. He can put his spin onto the situation however he wants. I remember selling the parts to MrEarl. Just like most of our customers, we's a great guy to deal with. Its a shame that one person tries to stir things up this much when his original request wasn't what he actually wanted. As far as I am concerned, I am done with this thread. I don't have time to post here very often and I am not going to take time to keep replying to this thread. The only reason I posted here to begin with is we have some very nice and very rare Buick parts on e-bay (NOS dual carb manifolds straight 8, NOS 50 grill bar, etc.) We don't have time to advertise regularly, so we don't. Anyone who is interested in good used and NOS Buick and Pontiac parts, we have approx. 350 cars in stock, 1937-92 and a 25 year collection of parts. We only do this as a weekend hobby, so requests won't be checked instantly and it may take a week or two to get back with you. We don't do any advertising, so we do have many parts that are very hard to find and most other dealers have sold out of. Thanks, Steve and Chad Ehrlich cse3@cox.net
  7. I don't have to prove myself. My pictures on the auctions and feedback speaks for itself. People like "Widomski" make it hard to remember that 99% of old car people are great to deal with. We have dealt with thousands of old Buick people over the years and have made many great friends. People like this are the reason we DON'T advertise, we don't have time to deal with people like this. Anyone who is truly interested, check out the auctions and see my other auctions for more parts. Look at the 50 Super and check out the cars in the background if you like 50's era Buicks. I don't have time to continue to respond to this post and I don't have to defend myself. Anyone who is interested in parts or cars, we cover 1937-92, most years and body styles and have several buildings of good used and NOS parts we have been gathering for over 25 years. If you don't trust us, don't contact us, we have nothing to hide. P.S. The internet is great, you can put whatever you want on it!
  8. All the damage on the bumper he bought was CLEARLY described to him. It was a core with damage, not a usable bumper as is. The fact that is wasn't any better than what he had is not my fault. We have been selling Buick parts for over 25 years. We have one of the largest inventories of used and NOS parts in the country with approx. 250 parts car in stock. I am not responsible for people who do not understand the term "core" and damage descriptions.
