I'm looking for a squeaky clean straight bolt on and go '71 front bumper, . I honestly do not want a project bumper or core. Mine was original and mint, and I just don't want to re chrome my N25 to match a show chromed one. I appreciate the offer though!

you must have a riviera ? 8 track or endless loop tape was introduced in the early 50's, but I dont think you really see them in cars until around the mid 60's with any frequency... by the early 70s the 8 track was on the verge of extinction due to the advent of cassette tapes. as a kid I always thought it silly that anyone would have invented a player that would stop songs in the middle of play to jump to the next spool... one would think the cassette would have been on the table or some version there of. I suppose its like the beta versus the vhs player... early money [sony] designing it and then another [jvc] perfects it. indeed 8 tracks are a nice option in an old buick,they especially look nice in a '65-69 A body, but in my case having a convertable, the wind noise ruins any musical experience I could be having... even top up, its a senseless to use. and how many tapes you can you really fit in the glove box or center console . this unit functions nicely.. hate to let it go, but I simply dont use it.

I did not do the refurb.. the gentleman that did it passed away shortly after. he did nice radio work. the unit if memory serves me , was pulled from a '71 skylark in denver, it had cruise which I got as well....agreed on dealers installing whatever, but I have seen many other '70-2 with this type factory installed... my first GS had the identical unit and it was noted on the build sheet.. is that yellow one from a '73 ?

buick 8 track player in fully functional condition with harness. player was gone through about 4 years ago. belts are NOS gm and they function the unit nicely. I may have spares. I bought this unit in the mid to late 90s for my '71 skylark. after its sale ,it was then placed in my '71 GS convert , where at least to me it seems out of place. heck, who can hear the radio with the top is down anyway? its time for this unit to find a new home. it looks good cosmetically save for some light pitting/rubbing marks on the "buick" embossed tape door. the one piece bracket is for '69 and newer . however, it will function in earlier years. comes with 16, 8 tracks varying from johnny cash , foghat, cheap trick, bob welch, the cars , etc.... $400 plus actual shipping. please contact me direct at: talk2chaos at yahoo dot com

60-70s buick vanity mirror with "buick" etched in the glass. I purchased this NOS from a dealer out west in the early 90s. It resided in my '71 skylark for about a year before going back into a box.
