I have a 52 Chev 3100 pickup w/ 216 CID engine. Everything is in good running order. But as with anything, everything wears out over time. My wiper motor is getting weak. The truck is equipped with the extra vaccuum boost tower on the fuel pump, but even with this, at idle, the wipers tend to die. It currently has a single-speed vaccuum motor. There are 6V electric replacements available. Before anyone gets too upset . . . no, I don't purposefully drive this wonderful machine in the rain. But there are days when such things happen. Give me your best shot. What do you think?
