Hi,<BR>Just replaced mine, not hard at all. <BR>Needs socket made just for that, Auto Zone has them for rent, $15.00, refundable.<BR>Tools: socket, extention, ratchet.<BR>Disconnect wire,insert wire into socket, wrap wire around extention, if engine is cold, and you can't get it out do not try to force it. <BR>Leave tool set up on O2, (you may want to remove ratchet)run engine to rise temp.(use gloves very hotttttt)!!! this should make it easier to remove.<P>Good luck,<BR>Iron Horse<BR>4907<BR> jforr123@aol.com

To all,<BR>I have what appeared to be a transmssion shudder when in O.D. <BR>I have read many posting, and many hours reviewing the manual. The more I read, it seems it could be any and all of the suggestion.<BR>Trying to isolate problem between engine or tranny. One suggested, apply brakes, RPM picked up,shudder went away. SO now I'm thinking tranny.<BR>What one has to do with the other I don't know, but this is the changes I have made.<BR>1. Had little or no heat when I got the car.<BR>Read engine had to operate at a certain temp.<BR>Replaced thermostat.<BR>Engine performance was better, but still had shudder.<BR>2. HI ALL, <P>ALL GEARS APPEAR TO WORK, THE PROBLEM IS WHEN IT GO'S INTO OVERDRIVE. THE RPMS DROP DOWN, AND SHUDDER STARTS. (ABOVE 45 MPH).<BR>PULL IT OUT OF O.D. AND IT STOPS. PUT IT BACK IN, SAME THING.<BR>FOR SOME REASON IT DOES NOT DO IT ALL THE TIME, MAYBE DO TO BEING HOT/ COLD ENGINE TEMP.<BR>IT ALSO SEEMS TO GET BETTER (GO AWAY)THE FASTER ONE GOES.(70-80)<BR>I HAVE BEEN THROUGH THE MANUAL, AND THE MORE I READ, THE MORE IT COULD BE ALL THE SUGGUESTION.<BR>ANYONE WITH AN IDEA, PLEASE DROP ME A POST/ LINE.<P>THANKS,<BR>JOHN<BR> JFORR123@AOL.COM<p>[ 09-23-2001: Message edited by: IRON HORSE ]

When statring car, system goes through checks, comes up with low a/c.<BR>When I use the system check, it reads B448. <BR>Are they one in the same? REPLACED LEFT FRONT TURN SIGNAL, STILL NOT WORKING. IT HAS A VERY FAINT BLINK, AND I MEAN FAINT. REPLACED IT WITH THE RIGHTSIDE, SAME THING.<BR>RIGHT SIDE WORKS FIND,WHEN AN ATTEMP TO USE LEFTSIDE THE INDICATOR ON DASH STAYS ON WITH NO SOUND.
