  2. Thanks for the comments. Keep them coming.

We just had our wrap up meeting this week, and are already planning for next year..

We were all, also glad to see the Alero Club attend , hope your back next year, with more.

We will address the modified class.

As you can see we do not go by OCA rules per say, and create classes, to have fun , so all can enjoy.

This year was a record everything,

    so thanks for the support.

My goal is to get some national attention.

We do well with local, TV and newspapers, radio etc. , but it is time for the big time.

    Keep the comments rolling.

  3. Well, I thought all oldsmobiles went at a fairly good price, the 97 pace car given to Arie Lyndyke, he did not keep, and it sold back then for around $25-27,OOO.00 at an Indy auction.

    Oh well,

the cars for the Florida auction, were hard to find out ahead of time, for some reason. But keep the faith.

Just the real nice MUSCLE Car stuff brings good money these days.

  4. Anyone attending??? I will be there Fri. Sat. Sun, I'll be wearing my new REATTA shirt one day, and the Oldsmobile shirt probably the next. I'll let everyone know what sells, there is usually a Reatta or two for sale.

If you have never attended , it is just amazing. Two cars sold at the same time, two auction blocks, set up very close together, you can watch both cars at the same time. Probably 200-300 vendors of all kinds, and at least, 600- 800 cars in the car corral. maybe see someone. SEZ

  5. I'm on cable , but last night was slow, o.k. today. but after the black out last week, we were with out cable 2-3 days. Had a "tornado," just 4-5 miles from us Thursday night, thought that could have had something to do with it. No one hurt, about 12 cows dead, all farm yards hit , 15 homes had damage , about 3 were complete losses. many barns, silos, down, 3-4 cars moved around.

but old computer seems to work good today.

There are lots of worms, viruses , out there now, do not open anything from an unknown.

I have had many e-mails from unknowns, to open attachments, in the last 3-5 days . just DELETE them.

  6. I went with 225x60 x16 goodyears.the tire guy and I thought 235x60 x16 were to big. these chrome 1997 riviera wheels look great. Nice simple raised "R" in the center. The original wheels are like new , so this will help keep them that way. On the originals I have 215x65x15 michelin pilots.

We have talked many times about tires, but thanks for your responses.

Anyone care to guess what I payed for the

    set of chromes, almost new??!!

  7. Hay, Do you want to come to lansing, Mi. ??? I got the R.E. O. Transportation Museum, to let us show there for as many days as we want????? We can even have a meeting in the board room. Take in Mi. history museum, very car related etc. Not much left of the so called craft center , see the new SSR Truck being made. Take a drive to the beautiful beaches of lake Mi. in Holland , Mi. 9. It was a great show, about 600 or so cars???? I liked the spread out area, lots of room, no one was cramped, like I have seen in the past, very easy to get around and especially to drive around and park your car etc. I thought it was a supper job.I was looking for you , Steve , hope all is well. I'm off to the BUICK 100th Ann. in Flint next week , 3 days with my Red Reatta Conv. Give me a call some day.The Outrage is that Green mobile????, It was outstanding.

  11. Thanks, for your comment Dave, glad you came. update on show, we had actually 414 cars there counting for sale and are you ready for this , I was told 75 vendors. I have a vista , it was there . the Indy pace wagon., to match my pace car. We are considering a wagon class for next year, from a suggestion from wagon owners.
