Did the 1948 Packard have three on the tree?

Hi. Can someone tell me the top speed for the 1948 post-WWII Packard? From online images, looks like the speedometer went up to 110, yes? What I can't tell is whether any manufacturing run of the 1948 Packard included the "Goddess of Speed" hood ornament. Also, did it come with the exterior "sun visor" across the top of the windshield? Is that what that's called? Air conditioning? Thanks a million.
