I am trying to replace the inner rear axle seal on a 1928 International S26 1-1/4 Ton. It has a leather seal and a seal expander riveted (6 rivets) to a circular plate. Trying to figure out if this plate is pressed in or threaded in to the axle housing. I tried pulling it out but no luck. Any one have experience in removing this seal?
