car has twin carbs idles fine and runs great after you get to speed but at lower speeds it kind of hesitates wondered if anyone had the happen and what you did to fix.

1940 chevy rear axle seals are leaking been a lot of years since I did one never on a car this old, do I just remove the cover on the rear end and remove a clip to slide them out?

got a 40 chevy recently doing the first oil change I've been using synthetic oil in my regular car and motorcycle for years and not sure if I should use synthetic in the 40 or just stay with regular Dino oil, what is everyone using and what brand ? thanks

52 fleetline I took off the glass bowl cleaning it and the screen out putting it back together and can't stop it from leaking gasket looking ok I tried flipping it but it is still leaking . Is there a place selling the gasket or do you use something else on your car ?

speedo was working fine until cable started making noise getting louder until needle went past 100, I disconnected from Trans and needle is still out of sight . I haven't disconnected from speedo yet I'm hoping it returns if I do, I just put it in storage for winter have a few things to work on collecting parts . thanks for any help

took a ride and speedo cable started to make noise getting louder as I drove , by the time I was at kids house it was screaming and the needle was buried before it snapped . I disconnected from Trans and drove home but the needle is buried out of sight , any idea how to get it back to zero ?

the cable went in the speedometer and buried the needle , how can I get it back to zero ?
