  1. Based on 1 other example I've seen and a memeber's educated opinion from this site I am going to say 1926. I have it mounted back inside the original housing with faceplate and glass. Although faceplate is rough, the glass is in one piece. I will post a picture of how it hooks into the back ofnthe housing tonight. Its unique.
  2. When was the last time you saw just the reflector unit for sale in one piece? I also have the housing for this and a faceplate with STOP backing plate, however, they have been just slightly altered to work on a different vehicle. I removed this piece in order to save it from that process. $75 FREE SHIPPING
  3. These are some extra hand polished brass faceplates for your 3.5" beehive taillight assembly. Selling together or separate. $30 each or $80 for all three. FREE SHIPPING.
  4. Nice little 1920's Do Ray taillight. I have updated the socket and bulb to 12v with dual contact bulb so no more single wire stuff. Body is polished and looks very vintage. $65 FREE SHIPPING
  5. I have two original untouched Studebaker Stop Backing Plates and one That has been trimmed to allow more light to shine through and just says STOP. $60 for all three FREE SHIPPING
  6. Two never used NOS glass lenses. Not sure on production date? Possibly 1950's but they are that old style, good, strong glass. Read box in photo for fitment. $60 for the pair FREE SHIPPING
  7. Had bits and pieces of this laying in a box for some time half finished. Decided to get it all together and see if she still worked. Yes, there is a crack in the bottom glass. The chrome plating was far past saving so I had to bring the ring down to brass. I also have an extra ring for this. And there was a monstrous pitting area on the side I sanded down quite a bit but could still go further. Fortunately its not all the way eaten through so when chrome plating day comes I will sand it down and fill it. Any advice on this part?
  8. Looking for a 1937 Top shift tranny from a LaSalle. And ideally a chevrolet or oldsmobile bellhousing to mate it to. Message me here or text 772-559-7183
  9. I know. Actually a much easier and durable way is to use the clear cap from a can of spray paint clear coat. They are easily bendable and dont crack when cut
  10. Not sure If I'll ever find it but Im seeking to buy this glass lense if anyone has one.
  11. I am corresponding with a seller on eBay and he presented a picture of a light and I am not familiar with the maker. Can anyone provide some history or info on this manufacturer?
  12. From my own previous attempts to find and purchase this, what I believe is a 1924 DB Oval single year taillamp, I feel I got very lucky last week. I managed to buy two of these lights. One almost complete but rusted to heck and another complete but needing TLC. Pictures are of the first rusted taillamp and my attempts to at least bring it back to life. Second set of pics will come Friday.
  13. Well, look like it goes to a Franklin. Found this deep in my phone files. Must have taken a screenshot back when I found it. Unfortunately I cannot locate the article. Second picture is its original condition.
