Thanks for the help. Haven't found an exact part, but certainly getting closer

Myself and a few others are working towards restoring our cities first fire truck, but need help identifying a few parts. We know it was built by general manufacturing company of St Louis. The part were really interested in right now is leather/rubber part placed between the clutch and the pump gearbox. We don't really know fully what to call it. Any help identifying would be greatly appreciated.
